CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
- Carriers and Rates: We use multiple carriers to ensure competitive rates within the continental United States.
- Shipping Time: Our standard shipping time is between 5-30 business days. If expedited shipping is required, please contact us for additional charges and arrangements.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
- Delivery Appointments: Customers may be required to schedule delivery appointments with the carrier. We are not responsible for the carrier’s appointment commitments.
- No Signature Option: Customers can request delivery without a signature by informing the carrier and obtaining approval.
- Cancellations: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled without incurring the original and return shipping costs.
- Proof of Delivery: A packing slip and bill of lading (BOL) will serve as proof of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Delivery Time: International shipping times cannot be guaranteed but typically arrive within 30 days.

REJECTED DELIVERY/CLAIMS

- Claims: Photos are required for all claims and should be taken from multiple angles. Claims must be submitted within three days of shipment arrival to receive replacement items. For stock orders, customers have a 30-day window to report shipping damage or discrepancies after delivery.
