In Water Products (Two-Year Warranty) Our In Water products, including sun loungers, side tables, outdoor umbrellas, ice buckets, and more, come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Water Floats Products (One-Year Warranty) Our Water Floats products, such as floating loungers, water hammocks, inflatable water ramps, floating platforms, and paddle boards, come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective and covered under our warranty, please contact our customer service team with the following information:
